Salesforce Data Readiness for AI

Your AI is only as smart as your Salesforce data.

Most orgs aren't ready, and the data is why. Duplicates, broken relationships, and empty fields quietly break every AI initiative you launch. Salesforce Data Readiness for AI scores the data foundation your AI depends on: read-only, no risk to your data, with a clear roadmap for fixing it, in priority order.

// the real blocker

Everyone's buying AI. Almost no one's data is ready for it.

The technology isn't the bottleneck anymore — the data underneath it is. AI can't personalize, reason, or act on records that are duplicated, disconnected, or empty. Before you spend on Agentforce, Einstein, or any AI tool, you need to know what state your data is actually in.

75%

of marketers have adopted AI — yet still send generic, one-way campaigns. The cause isn't effort. It's unusable data.

// what we score

Find out what breaks AI — before you pay for it.

You walk away knowing exactly which parts of your data will sink an AI project — scored across the six recognized dimensions of data quality, weighted, and rolled into one number you can take to leadership. Not a vague "audit." A verdict you can act on.

01

Completeness

Fill rates on the fields AI needs. Empty fields mean AI doesn't know who your customer is.

02

Uniqueness

Per-object and cross-object duplication, including fuzzy matches. Duplicates make AI contradict itself.

03

Consistency

The same value represented many ways — picklist sprawl, format chaos. "QC" vs "Québec" vs "Quebec."

04

Validity

Does the data conform to the rules and formats it's meant to follow? Invalid emails, malformed phones, out-of-range values.

05

Timeliness

How stale is it? Records and fields decaying quietly in the background, last touched years ago.

06

Accuracy*

Does it match reality? Flagged honestly — true accuracy needs external validation, not a fabricated number.

This is the data foundation of AI readiness: the six dimensions above, plus the structural signals (relationships, duplicates, dead fields) that decide whether AI can use your data at all. Full AI readiness also takes data structure and accessibility, governance, and use-case fit. Get the foundation right first; a deeper engagement handles the rest.

*We report what's measurable from inside your org and flag what requires external data to verify — rather than inventing a number.

// questions

Frequently asked

The things teams ask before booking. Still unsure? Book a call or request a quote.

Is the assessment really read-only?
Yes. The assessment only reads from your Salesforce org — it never creates, edits, or deletes a single record. You grant a read-only connection or share a sandbox copy, and every step of the analysis is scripted and read-only.
How long does it take?
You receive your readiness report within five business days of granting access.
What does it cost?
The assessment is a single flat price — $1,400 CAD (about $1,000 USD), charged in your local currency at checkout. It's flat-priced because the work is read-only and bounded — no surprises. Any cleanup or migration that follows is scoped and quoted separately.
What do I actually get?
A single 0–100 readiness score, a per-dimension breakdown across all six data-quality dimensions, a findings report with the specifics quantified, and a prioritized remediation roadmap — plus a live walkthrough of the results with your team.
Do you work in French?
Yes — Resoluble is fully bilingual. Your report and walkthrough can be delivered in English or French.
What if the data says we should leave Salesforce?
The same assessment also measures migration complexity. If leaving is the smarter move, we'll tell you — we're paid the same whether you stay or go, so the recommendation is honest.
What is data readiness for AI?
Data readiness for AI is the measurable state your data has to be in before AI can give answers you can trust. AI doesn't fix bad data — it inherits it, and it can't tell which of two contradictory records is true. For Salesforce, the foundation is data quality across six dimensions: completeness, uniqueness, consistency, validity, timeliness, and accuracy — that's what the assessment scores. Full readiness also depends on how the data is structured and accessible, on governance, and on whether it fits the use case. But if the underlying quality isn't there, none of the rest matters.
Why does data quality matter for AI / Agentforce?
Agentforce, Einstein, and any LLM feature reason over the data already in your org — they have no separate source of truth. Point them at duplicates, empty fields, and records that contradict each other and they don't flag the problem; they average it or guess, then hand you a confident, wrong answer at scale — faster than a person would have. Duplicates inflate every count, broken relationships hide the context the model needs, and stale data quietly misinforms it. Clean data isn't a nice-to-have before AI. It's the precondition.
